    Your server is flat-out saying those images don’t exist. The only thing that can sometimes cause it to appear like your images are missing is using the Webp rewriting rules, but it doesn’t look like you have any webp stuff enabled. Check your .htaccess file to be sure there is nothing related to EWWW IO in there, but I think you need to first check the files on the server to make sure they actually exist, and then start disabling all your plugins and re-enable them one by one to find the culprit.
