Images for Services Widget

Hello,

I’m putting together the business template for the homepage, and I cannot get the right image size for the image about the text. I know it uses the “featured image” but I’ve tried numerous sizes and it either looks pixelated or the image is cut off. Can you please tell me what image size I should use for the featured image so that it can appear right in the services widget?

Also, same for the featured widget (for recent work).
