image.php and attachment.php

    Good question… It seems that in the latest release (2.5.1) the attachment.php has been replaced by the image.php in the default theme.
    So, my guess is you don’t need both – only one of them. Sorry that I cannot be more helpful; I am also looking for any information about this change but couldn’t find any.

    moshu, thanks for jumping in. maybe it’s there for backward compatabillity. I guess I can delete it and see if anything really horrible happens.
