Image uploads twice

    Hello,

    We are finding that whenever an image is uploaded to the slider it actually places it twice and one has to be removed. This is not limited to a single website as we see it happen on a few sites we have developed.

    Thoughts? Thanks in advance!

    I apologize for the trouble, if you upload to the Media Library and then insert your image into the slider from the Select Files from Other Sources, does that resolve the issue? I just wanted to confirm that this is the same steps that I’m thinking 🙂

    Yes, choosing Select Files from Other sources and drag and dropping files in to the media library does not produce a duplicate image. However, using the native drag and drop function for the Soliloquy plugin does produce a duplicate image (However if you click update the duplicate is removed.

    Regardless, there is a glitch in the drag and drop image uploader within the plugin that should be removed or adjusted to remove the glitch.

    Thank you for the confirmation Tim 🙂 I’ve reported this to the developer, I just wanted to confirm the steps to make sure it wasn’t something new.

    I’ll keep you posted as soon as I know more on the fix!
