Image upload problem

    I have problem uploading the image on my blog.

    When I upload it shows the error like

    Unable to create directory /var/www/vhosts/nepal-kathmandu.com/httpdocs/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/04. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    Any help ?
