Image placement in post.

Hello I am using the newest version of word press. Is it possible to get a thumbnail image next to a paragraph rather then above or below the text.

Would I need to use html or put a stle next to the image? like this style=”margin: 0px 5px 5px 0px; float: left;”

thanks just wanted to know if there was an easy way or if I am missing something.
