    Hi webrotate 360
I have a quick question I guess you must have been asked a dozen of times before. Anyways here it goes.
After I installed your plugin and embedded the provided code I only get three loading bars.

Here is the website i have tried to embed the 360 viewer on: [Link redacted] (go to the 360 help me tab)

Here is the code I have entered in wordpress:
    [wr360embed name=”newproject2″ width=”632px” height=”450px” config=”/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/360_assets/newproject2/[Link redacted]“]

I have uploaded all the files from my hosting provider to google docs here:
    [Link redacted]

    Screenshots
    Webrotate 360 settings
    [Link redacted]

    Unoeuro hosting (newproject2)
    [Link redacted]

Files in newproject2 (yes also .xml
    [Link redacted]

I really hope you can help me

Hi and thanks for the extensive details and screenshots!

I believe it will start loading if you change the config parameter in your shortcode above to this (i.e no /wordpress in the link):

    config=”/wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/360_assets/newproject2/NewProject2.xml”

PS: there might be an issue with the viewer dimensions when it’s loaded inside a hidden tab like in your example above. Please let us know if so – you can email us directly via support at webrotate360 dot com.

    Hi webrotate

That seemed to fix it. Thanks!

I just found a little bug i guess. I use a responsive theme, therefor i’ve set the width to 100%. It shows up really small in the beginning, but if i change the window size it gets 100%… Really weird.

Take a look at it on: [Link redacted] (Tab: 360 – 100% bug!)

    Forgot to paste the code:

    [wr360embed name=”sampleshoe” width=”100%” height=”500px” config=”/wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/360_assets/sampleshoe/config.xml”]

Yep, that’s exactly what I mentioned in my previous post, i.e that there might be an issue with the viewer dimensions when it’s loaded inside a hidden tab.

But looks like you have moved the tab to be visible upfront so it all works fine now as expected as far as I can see in your link.

PS: more details on the issue with loading our 3D product viewer on a hidden tab (or any other hidden element) and available solutions are discussed in this post on our forum:

Yeah sorry i guess i must have posted that a little to quicky.

I am glad it works now. Thank you for your help 🙂

I do have one last question. If you take a look at the page you will see that it doesn’t load the pictures in full screen, which is weird since the .xml file links to them.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this problem?

    No problem at all 🙂

Full-screen feature is currently only available in our PRO version of the core product. There should be some info & links on the main plugin page with references to pro:

PS: you can hide the full-screen button in SpotEditor or in xml.

    Thanks a lot!

I will buy the product if my webshop ever becomes successful 🙂
