IFRAME is not working on my site.

I assume that you added iframe shortcode via text widget.
Shortcodes are not executed in the widget areas in WordPress by default.

Try to install “Shortcodes in Sidebar Widgets” plugin. Probably it will solve your issue.

It means that on your another site (http://manishonline.co.in/blog/) theme or some other plugin already has code which is force executing shortcodes in the widget zones.

Gotit.. its working due to https://wordpress.org/plugins/si-contact-form/
