iframe in mobile

I want to know if the Advanced Iframe plugin will narrow my iframe on mobile so users don’t have to scroll right to see all iframe content. This iframe is external for an affiliate I use so I have no control over the content inside the frame as far as I know. Website is http://www.thegolfcourselocator.com.
