I’ve got few icons (images), is it possible to make then full width to fill the page?

I mean 3 in each row, but there still space in the end of image. To do it closer to each image.

Like blocks. The idea is to do it new microsoft windows style.

Hey,
I would recommend using page builder (https://wordpress.org/plugins/siteorigin-panels/) then creating a row and setting the row layout to full width stretched. See here- http://www.kadencethemes.com/using-page-builder-virtue-premium/

Still did not understand. I created the full width row, but there is no posibility to put the virtue icons. And how I can put it all together without any margin

You can use the Visual Editor widget and insert icons from that. Then in Settings > Page Builder > Layout you can set the Row Gutter to 0 to remove the margin.
