I need som tips about plugins/features

Hi, i really need some help and tips about some features i need on my clan webiste.

I need a notification system at the right bottom of the website to show the following: New Forumpost’s, new application. New private message.

I also need an application form so users can apply to join a clan on the website, and then when he submit the form, a notification is sent to the administrator in the notification system, then he can approve or reject the application for that user. Is this possible?

Also i need a *Private message* *Friend Requests* plugin.

Anyone have any tips on how to do this?
