Do you mean Mantra theme? Are you able to login to the site?
I found the owner, [Dodgy vendor redacted] and left the message.
What make you said so?. It’s because other cause?
Now how am I going to my admin dashboard? Please guide me.
so how to change this theme because I even can’t login to dashboard. the /wp-admin as not found,
You’ll need to access your site using FTP and delete the other theme and also deactivate your plugins – see:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Login_Trouble#Disable_Plugins
When you delete the other theme, WP will default to twentytwelve theme and hopefully you’ll be able to login.
curious whether azizpermata is seeing a 404 error code as well? While trying to login into wp-admin?
harris9513,
No I don’t see that 404 page when login. If you having problems go and create you own tread. I have been told by the moderator.
Hi WPyogi,
Other than FTP, can I use php to deactivate the theme and the plugin as well.
Please advice.
Thanks in advance.
Not that I know of. Do you not have FTP or Cpanel on your hosting?
i got cpanel in the hosting but very not familiar. All done by web designer before but now cut budget.
How to do it to get back my dashboard…please help
Your hosting company should have info about how to use it (I’ve never used it – I use FTP) – but once you get into your Cpanel, find your WordPress files –
wordpress
wp-content
plugins (change this to pluginsHOLD)
themes
mantra (change to mantraHOLD)
twentytwelve (make sure this one is in this folder)
My friend helped me few minutes ago to do that way but still cannot solved.
still…when login ..dashboard showed page Not Found
@azizpermata
Sorry, you’re still on the mantra theme.
I know that you are not very technical, but you’ll need to try again to disable the theme as per WPyogi’s instructions.
