I can´t install a theme

    I´ve uploaded a theme (design-agency-template) to my themes folder via FTP, but when I go to my themes panel in wordpress it doesn´t appear and it says this.

    Broken Themes
    The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

    Name Description
    design-agency-template Stylesheet is missing.

    ¿Can anyone help me?
