i cannot install

I am really sorry to post this as i imagine there is many topics of the same nature.

I am stuck at the point where i must open a file in notepad and enter my internet details. Where about in the doc do i add the details and i have no idea what details to enter.

I hope this isnt taken the wrong way but if someone could fix this for me over Teamviewer i would pay them for there help.
