Remember to press CTRL and F5 simultaneously when viewing an updated page/site. Or try emptying your browser cache. This should ensure that your web browser fetches a fresh copy of the page rather than serving up an out-dated copy from your own cache.
Also disable/deactivate any caching plugin(s).

thanx a lot for reply it when i do this I receive a message: Are you sure you want to navagage away from this page with OK and cancel button. On other hand I dont know about caching plugin whether it is installed or no

Also automatic backup goes to my email address I cannot change anything because my mailbox is getting full please help me
You need to refresh the page etc when viewing the public side of your site.

I did refresh I cleaned the cache but still I cannot do any changes the big problem is that I cannnot stop my email which were sending me backup everyday now it send me after a few seconds and my mail box is getting increase please help

I did that to when you helped someone else I found that and did by second option:renaming folder but did not use the first one let me do by database

When i do it from database it denies and gives this query:

Right – starting from the beginning again, have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?
– increasing the available memory?

Thanx a lot for your kind cooperation but for 1,2,3 scenario i cannot go because i can change nothing,
for re uploading the wp-admin and wp-include version compatibility is not important I mean I download even version wordpress 3
