RAM has probably nothing to do with this. I recommend to hire a developer to have a closer look at your setup to fix your issue.
I am use Wp Redis in our Multiste, there are two sub sites for woocomerce and buddypress.
It works well with all static pages, but it cause 502 error both frontend and backend at buddypress sub site.
When I change the plugin to Wp redis, there are no errors, but it always takes about 15 seconds to access buddypress activity, members and groups pages, so, my question is what is right ways to set Special rules for buddypress dynamic content?
Any comment would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, and have a nice day!
Hello,
Sorry for wrong spelling!
I am using Redis object cache in our Multiste, there are two sub sites for woocomerce and buddypress.

You need to find out what is causing the 502 error. I recommend hiring a web developer to so that.
It might be as simple as a configuration issue, or maybe a bug in the plugin.
Feel free to contact me at https://till.im
Thanks for quick response.
Yes, a technical engineer deployed the environment for us.
FYI,I test with clean buddypress installation, If disable the model of tracking sites in buddypress, there will be no 502 errors!
By the way, do you accept payable work? If yes, let me know please!
Alex
Yes, I do. At least for debugging the setup, not for feature development.
Could you send me a screenshot of the setting that causes the 502?
the 502 error will happen only if the Activity Streams model is enabled, please check the screenshot.

For now, WP Redis is running, and here is detailed information on our server that I post before(https://wordpress.org/support/topic/not-compatible-with-buddypress-7/)
Not sure whether you can receive my email, and if yes, please let me know how to start, thanks.
Alex
I replied to your email.
One good recommendation from the other thread is to switch to using PHP7+. It’s as fast as HHVM and has better compatibility.
Replied to you with Credential.
The reason why use HHVM+PHP5.4 is that we have another program which is just compatible with php5.4.
please have a check, and what should we do next.
