[Hueman Theme] Sidebar2 widget

Hi everyone I am using the hueman theme. I want to add a public upload gallery to the right sidebar like a widget. So people can upload any of their photos and everyone can see it and also be able to comment on it.

PS. I searched for plugins/widgets and I couldn’t find any good ones. Please help.
