HubSpot form display issues

We are having a display issue for our forms which our web developers nor HubSpot seem to be able to help with.
The web developer tells me it is a HubSpot script issue (the error shows “Uncaught TypeError…)
HubSpot tells me it is an error in the WordPress product, error displayed as:

I am by no means a WordPress power user so am unable to get to the bottom of this. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated
