no error i can see, it is not working since i update to new version, how do i downgrade the version ?

You can download previous version from https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-wallet/advanced/. But it would be better for us you can troubleshoot the error and let us know.

i did not find any error debug log.

We have checked all version in our local environment and didn’t find any error for the same.
