HTML validation…Errors i don’t get…

i am also getting these xml parsing errors which i don’t quite get…another thing my side bar is being pushed down in firefox when i post more than onetime… my background disappears… i do not get what is goingon and i figured that the problems may be cause by invalid HTML…a little help would be nice… first time constructing theme…
