html not working

In a post on a wordpress blog hosted on my server http://miscville.com/misc/?p=32 the html works fine.
In a post on a wordpress.com blog http://realityville.wordpress.com/2011/07/13/the-doomsday-clock/ the html is not working.
The html is IDENTICAL on both.
What to do?
