• I have a problem with automatic responses to the registry and I would like to see if you can help me.

    I want to include a logo in the body of the email at the beginning. Through “add object” I include the logo. But when receiving the email, the logo gives error. The logo does not appear unless the html code of img.

    I have selected the option to allow HTML.

    How should I include it to make it appear correct in the shipment?

    The problem is that in the automatic response emails for once the registration is completed, the included logo is not displayed correctly. I only know the html code but the image is not displayed correctly.

    I attached url where you can see the configuration and the error, as I receive the email.

    Hi, I saw the image but I really need to view the actual HTML code you are using. This would help us a lot.

    Can you click on the HTML tab in the editor and copy and paste the code here.

    You maybe using the form builder addon. That addon will need an update for it to work with the HTML email option that was recently added to the core plugin.
