htaccess from archive is not installed

Hello,

Just testing Duplicator for the first time. Thank you very much for this handy plugin!

Just at the end of the first install, there’s a line warning to check the wp-config.php and .htaccess files. The wp-config.php was modified as expected, with database credentials. But the .htacces file was a fresh version created by Duplicator, instead of the one from the archive.
Why is this so? And shouldn’t references to the backup site URL be changed in this .htaccess file to the new site URL, just like it’s done inside the database?
