on the protection options on the stop spammers admin panel.
1) check “Automatically add admins to allow list”. (you may have to cleanup the allow list from time to time if you start getting spam or bad registrations.)
2) check “Check credentials on all login attempts”
this should allow him in.
In addition the admin user should not be named “admin”.
additional things you can do if your site owner uses a proxy server.
3) uncheck “Check for major Hosting companies and cloud services”
4) Under countries, uncheck “Hungary”.
