How to show postings?

Hi all,

A simple question, but i’m stuck

Maby there is a plugin for it, but this is my problem:

I want to show in the sidebar (maby there is a widget?) some previous blog posts.

For example:
On the main site you see now post 1 t/m 6
I want to show into the sidebar post 7 t/m 10 (for example)

How to make this visible, with the image, title, and text?

Please help me.
