How to set up multiple menus

    I used to Drupal & Joomla where you can set up menu systems in the admin, but I cannot see how to do this in wordpress. I want a simple website made up of static pages, with a menu at the top, and another secondary menu in the footer. I would have thought this was a common requirement, but I cannot find how to do this…?
