how to reposition this plugin?

    I downloaded this plugin and installed it. it’s working fine but I have one major issue. no matter where I place it, it still sits on top. I want it at the bottom. second, I’m noticing a small quote to the left of the image and a bigger quote to the left of the content. I’d like to be able to get rid of the first small quote. thank you. souleye
