How to remove “Comments Off” notification

    Where do I go to remove the “Comments Off” notification from the bottom of the index page..
    I have successfully disabled comments and removed the “No Comments” from the Pages templates…
    but I cant seem to find where to edit the comments Off notification, please direct me to where this can be edited..

    If it’s on the index… most likely you have to edit the index.php of your theme.
    And next time give a link and name the theme. How could we guess which theme is active on your blog???
