How to reinstall my database??

    Hi,
    I am having trouble logging into my wordpress admin after moving my server to a new domain. I’ve tried everything recommended to try and fix this issue through my phpMyAdmin and still nothing. So my next move is going to be deleting my entire wordpress blog through Fantastico and start over. I’ve backed up my files and database. My question is: How do I reinstall my database once I have deleted everything and started over? And do I install that BEFORE or AFTER I re-upload my files through FTP?

    I truly would appreciate any help I could get! Not being able to log into my blog for a week has been REALLY BAD! Thanks so much in advance!

    reinstalling your blog is NOT the solution.

    you were directed to my script in the other thread ..

    rather than use my script, if you shoot me a note through my contact page, ill fix whatever login problem you are having.

    follow the link to my site in the other thread. scroll to the bottom of the page — Look for the word “contact” — click that link and email me.
