How to put something in "The Loop"?

    Hello,

    I want to use the Vote It Up plugin and it tells me I need to put some code ( <?php DisplayVotes(get_the_ID()); ?> ) into “The Loop”.

    I understand that I can do that in the index.php file. I just don’t really get where I should put the code in this case..?

    Could anyone help me out with this..?
