How to implement HREFLANG ?

Hi, so i have a Norwegian based website and i have heard that it can be beneficial for me to implement an HREFLANG as it’s purely in Norwegian. I have done a lot of research but i still can’t figure it out.
1. What is the HREFLANG -code that i should use for the Norwegian language? If someone is able to find this for me, it’d be much appreciated!
2. How do i implement it? Please tell me exactly how, wether it’s through a plugin, or upload on each post, or in the header.php section?

The hreflang attribute specifies the language of the document in the link:
