How to enter theme editor?

    Kay i want to know how to enter theme editor in admin pannel cause i can’t locate it please give me steps by steps starting from logging into admin pannel.
    Ok if your gonna say appearance thing it doesn’t say Theme editor all it says is:
    Themes
    Widgets
    Extras
    and Edit CSS

    Please helpppp!

    That is exactly where it is in wordpress 2.8.1. Dashboard > Appearance > Editor.

    What is the version of WordPress you are using? I am thinking that wordpress.com had those feature names in pre-version 2.7 blogs.
