How to edit wordpress comments form?

    Hello I have a website and in that website I have enabled “Comments” form the admin but the problem is that I want to format that comments form according to my needs. Can anyone help?

    first thing add this code in ur single.php .

    <?php comments_template(); ?>

    and than create a new file called comments.php and add the codes belowe .

    now u can add the comments.php the way u like .
