How to Duplicate A WordPress Website

I was wondering if I could get a step by step on how to duplicate my website to a second website.

Ex: I have http://www.portofbaku.com
and I want my http://www.ktltec.com to look exactly the same, without forwarding.

Is there a way to do this, IF so can I get the steps. Thank you
