How to display comments with post

I’m a total newbie but did search for an answer before asking here and hope I don’t waste anyone’s time.

I would like my comments to display right up front with the post and not just when you click on the Comments link.

Is that possible? I am using Kubrick/default template
and the blog is here: http://www.klooj.net/wordpress/

also I’d like to change the comments layout so the attribution and date are after the comment, not before… also possible?
