how to add forum plugin

    Could someone guide me about how i can integrate forum on my blog : http://www.medinmark.com/blog/.
    Currently i am using a 3 column anaconda 3C theme. Kindly suggest, which forum plugin to install and where will i get it.
    If a change in theme is required, i will do it. But i would like to stick to some 3 column theme only.
    Kindly help.
