How make new theme without WP-Content folder?

    I installed wordpress through a third-party site (webhostinghub) and therefore don’t have a wordpress folder on my computer. Instead, I can only access wordpress files online through my admin page.

    How can i modify themes if I don’t have a wp-content/themes folder on my computer?
