http://parentingplus.com/ How do I update my theme. I did not put this website together, but I now run it. I update all the plug ins but have no clue how to update the theme.

updating is generally only for those themes in the Themes Directory https://wordpress.org/themes/

for how to update an ‘artisteer generated’ theme like yours, if that is at all possible, please ask in an artisteer forum http://www.artisteer.com/?forum_id=13&p=forum_topics
