How do I remove single-column export?

Hi, Im having trouble exporting the data entered into Contact Form 7 via CFDB – whenever I export into Excel, all data (name, subject etc.) end up in a single column, looking like this:

Submitted,”your-name”,”your-email”,”your-subject”,”your-message”,”Submitted Login”,”Submitted From”,

i.e.

2014-05-13 12:00:41
+00:00,”s”,”s@hotmail.com”,”s”,”s”,”x”,”88.217.134.166″,

Instead, I would like to have all submissions show up seperately (as they are when entered in the Form – thus name in one column, address in a sepearte column etc.). What am I doing wrong? Interestingly, when Im logged in into WP, I can see all the data in seperate columns – but when I export them into Excel, they all end up in the A column.
