Hi!
You’re using lots of pictures, that might sum up to quite some MB. On my site http://www.cafm-news.de I work on the pics a little, before I upload them to WP.
Generally I save them for web use, with 72 dpi and without resources.
Also useful is to resize them to the minimum required size instead of using the original pic. E.g. if a SLR gives you 3888 × 2592 px, but you only need 900 x 600 px, that saves a lot of bytes, too.
Another tip is to use jpg with reduced quality (75 percent is fine with many pics, just try!)
Some pics with just a few plain colors like logos get smaller sizes with GIF or PNG format. Also worth a try.
Hope this helps a little to speed up your page.
Happy coding!
Tom
Yes, the pictures are definitely slowing the performance. You need to compress the pictures
Try this website test:

Thanks guys!
I solved problem with pictures now google recommend Leverage Browser Caching and Improve Server Response Time and more. I know that there are plugins but as I wrote when i use w3 total cache page shown withoout css. Have you tried any plugins or methods to further acceleration?
Thanks
I can definitely recommend WPengine as a host for your website.
They will do the caching and backup. Excellent service and gives you fast website. You don’t need any plugins.
