how do i download elemin theme?

hi!

i am trying to download elemin theme for my wordpress.org site

http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/elemin/

can’t find it in my admin panel and when i try to download it from .com i am prompted to start a wordpress.com site.

any suggestions?
