No, WP in itself doesn’t have an answer.
You can use your RSS feeds, but your .html file won’t be able to display them without some additional help.
Probably, you will need to search for “rss to hmtl” and similar keywords… (I remember seeing posted a website that has a script for it, just can’t find it now, sorry)
