This effect is done using jquery hide/reveal
Here a tutorial. It’s fairly old, but it should cover the basics – http://www.learningjquery.com/2006/09/slicker-show-and-hide

Hello Christine,
Thanks for reply and help. I saw the link and it seems it works similar, the difference is I would like when mouse over, but that could be after I could apply that code in my page.
How can I include that jquery script into the page? with some plugin? in which file?
Any help you can say me to get a better direction would be very appreciated.

Thanks for your reply,
Sorry, I don’t know much about php or jquery. I don’t sure to understand
First use a plugin to include an iframe in a widget area or somewhere?
Then, insert the code from link shared by Christine using 2 nested iframes? or 3?
Thanks for help so far.
So you hade no involvement in this sites setup?
