Hover colour change

    Hi

    I am trying to change the hover colour from default blue to #FFBF00 in my free Guardian theme.

    I have tried installing various Custom CSS plug ins but it isn’t working …

    Using this code

    #MainNav #menu li a:hover {
    background-color: #ffbf00;
    }
