Hosted Blog Script Using WordPress

Interesting this guy made a script to set up a blog hosting service using wordpress….

i am intrigued by the idea of providing blogs to users but let’s face it wordpress does not immediately lend itself … consider the amount of customizing, template editing, plugin installing, yadda yadda we all have to do get things where we like it. (i’m not complaining but i do feel the core functionality is fantastic but rather slim, requiring hours of customization)

i think it could work for the non-technical users without ftp access … but not without emulating some of blogger’s features and intuitive ease… wysiwyg editor, a solid template set with previews, etc.
