Hose builder

Good day,
could you perhaps let me know if there is a plugin one can use in order to build a hydraulic hose on my ecommerce site? My website will have all the parts required and then my client should be able to build his own hydraulic hose and then submit to the cart so that i can manufacture accordingly.
