Its possible… but it will take hours to discribe it in detail… you have to edit your theme files and produce the right html markup to make that gallery work…
Have a closer look to the examples files of that slider… you need jquery in your theme, the js and css files that comes along with the slider in your header.php (like in the index.html from the demo)…

As egado tried to point out, it is really beyond the scope of these forums to describe the implementation of this slider in detail. So your only real options are:
– learn how to implement it yourself
– pay someone to do it for you
– use a pre-existing slider plugin.
