Homepage item’s link

Hello WP Gurus,

I have a small problem. I think it is because of lack of much experience with me about wordpress. I have developed a theme and i have a page to display in home page. I want to display some part in home page and want the link in the read more to show the detail in details page but i am having problem to have a link on read more since it always points to my home page with #page_id. What i want is sitename.com/page_id=<page_id>.

Edit:
I have already tried the_permalink(), get_page_link() but both of them gave me the same home page link instead of its actual link.

Please help me as soon as possible.
