Home Page like this? Code, anyone?

About to start using Customizr on a bunch of sites and would like to use this Home Page from the sample sites as a template: http://www.joe-the-baker.com/.

Specifically want:
1- the Nav Bar centered and in black with white font.

But also want:
2- site title and tagline included ABOVE the logo.
3- maximum width of content, nav bar, etc. (e.g. 800px)

Can anyone (rdell?? ;-)) tell me the code for it, please? (Amazing support forum by the way – one of the reasons I’m dumping my other themes and moving to Customizr!)
