Hiveware Enkoder form

Hello,
When I paste the javascript obtained from the Hiveware Enkoder form in order protect e-mail addresses from being exposed, it doesn’t show up on the page. This is the same whether I put it in an entry or in a separate page created via the admin panel. Is it because of the pages are php?
Anyh help greatly appreciated!
